Meeting Jesus changed everything for us! He unveiled His incredible plans for our lives—“plans to prosper and not to harm.” Embracing this abundant life began the moment we chose to “Seek First” the Kingdom of Heaven. It meant laying down our lives for Him and trusting Him as the ultimate source of everything we need.
As we embarked on the adventure of living for Jesus together as a married couple, God put dreams in our heart to impact our world for Him. In the natural, we had no way to do that! Thus began the journey of discovering God always provides for the vision He gives!
Since we started this journey together 17 years ago, many of those dreams have become a reality. We’ve experienced healing, played a small part in impacting the body of Christ, ministered around the world, built a loving home where our children thrive in faith, and helped others encounter God’s presence and power to experience true freedom.
The abundant life is ultimately a life in relationship with Jesus. Before it's anything else, it's knowing Him. That's the gift. Knowing that kind of love has transformative power. You can't help it, He's just so good. His love changes lives. That's what we want people to remember through our products. That it starts with Jesus, it ends with Jesus. It's all about Him!
Living by faith isn’t without its challenges, but it overflows with treasures that money can’t buy. Personally, as we lived for Him and pursued 'Seeking first the Kingdom', we've seen God grow us and give us a victorious mindset. Now that we’ve experienced this abundant life, we’re able to pour into others from the overflow. It truly is a river that never runs dry!
Hōfu Brand was born out of our journey of faith 'Seeking first the Kingdom and now serves as an invitation for you to experience this same transformation. Hōfu is a Japanese word for abundance, and we believe it carries a prophetic reminder from John 10:10 "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly."
For us, it started with an encounter with God 17 years ago when we decided we would follow Jesus. We wanted to create clothing that reminds you of Your own encounters with our Limitless God. Hōfu is His prophetic declaration over your life: Abundance!
